Description

The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System requires a fully automated walk away "stand alone" analyzer that is a windows based operating and data management system, and has a bi-directional interface capability in ASTM format to be provided with a cost per test reagent contract to perform hepatitis, HIV, and autoimmune testing. Eliza microplate assays to include but not limited to the following reagent manufacturers: DiaSorin, Biorad, Organon Technika, Pharmacia & Upjohn, Genetic Systems. This cost per test contract must be fully operational by July 1, 2001 and meet the standards of the Chemistry Department in Gainesville, Florida. The government is looking for a base year beginning 7/1/01 through 6/30/02 with 4, one year, options for renewal. All requests must be in writing. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the commercial item format in FAR 12.303.
