Description

The US Department of Agricultural Research Service in Albany, Ca. has a requirement for a flow analyzer and controller integrated laser optics fluidics advanced signal processing that will allow us to analyze unique set of micropheres in development of biosensors for food-borne pathogens. Each population of breads can be independently labeled with a specific reagent such as an antibody or DNA probe thus an assay containing up to 100 different probes can be generated. The products being considered consist of compact flow analysis system, verification, development, CL/CL2, RPI calibration, multi-analyte microsheres w/ carboxylated surface region 134.1ml 138.1ml 154.1ml 173.1ml 177.1ml, sheath fluid 1x20L, sheath delivery system, xy platform low-profile micorplate interface with robotic capability and training. The USDA ARS plans to negotiate with the only known source Luminex, Austin TX.
