Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA) intends to issue a FAR Part 12 solicitation in the form of a Request for Quotation for open source research on the telecommunications and computer networking facilities, systems, and capabilities of Estonia. The solicitation is set aside for the participation of small businesses only. The projected release date of the solicitation is 10 May 2001. No security clearances will be required to accomplish the work specified in the associated statement of work.
