Description

Concerns are sought having the ability to provide residential community corrections center services for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact to the address listed in this notice). Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment to include furnishing of subsistence and medical treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Greater Sacramento, California area. Contract Base Period is for two years with 3-1 year options to renew. Estimated number of inmate days for the base period is 54,825. Estimated number of inmate days for option years 1, 2 and 3 is 27,375, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is June 1, 2001. Estimated closing date is July 31, 2001. A firm-fixed unit price requirements type contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
