Description

This synopsis is issued to state the Government's intention to exercise option year One for Contract N68936-00-D-0040, which was awarded to Desert Counseling Clinic, 814 N Norma Ridgecrest, CA 93555 for counseling and consulting services for civilian personnel and dependents for Naval Air Warfare Centers China Lake and Point Mugu California. All work will be in accordance with Statement of Work, Attachment One of the contract. The contract provides for a base year 01 Jun 00 through 31 May 01 and four one-year options beginning 01 Jun 01, 01 Jun 02, 01 Jun 03 and 01 Jun 04, respectively. The Government intends to exercise the first option year for the period of 01 Jun 01 through 31 May 02.
