Description

The U. S. Department of energy released a draft request for proposal on May 2, 2001, to obtain industry comments. All documents related to the draft RFP are available at the web link listed below. Industry comments are requested concerning the terms and conditions of the proposed contract, the solicitation provisions, the "initial competitive range," and the impacts of the funding level mentioned in the executive summary letter. The RFP will be available only in the electronic format. No hard copies will be available. Questions and/or comments regarding the draft RFP must be submitted electronically by 12 Noon MDT, on May 24, 2001, through the question submittal form accessible at the web link listed below. Questions submitted by any other means will not be accepted. All questions will be answered at the web link below without reference to the originating sources. See Note 1.
