Description

This synopsis modifies the previous synopsis to revise the solicitation issuing and closing dates. The solicitation is now tentatively scheduled to be issued on May 15, 2001 and the closing date for receipt of offers is June 15, 2001. This solicitation is a competitive procurement restricted to ALL eligible SBA certified 8(a) contractors with a bona fide place of business within the geographical boundaries of Puerto Rico. The Government intends to negotiate a minimum of one and a maximum of three term contracts from this solicitation to perform miscellaneous construction projects at GSA owned and leased properties located in Puerto Rico. Individual delivery orders will be issued for specific projects when a need arises. The contract(s) will be for an initial one year period with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for four additional one year periods. The applicable NAICS Code is 233320.
