CORRECTION: This action was originally publicized in the CBD on April 20 and 26, 2001 and is amended as follows: Product is Plywood for delivery to UNICOR FCI Talladega, AL, FCI Marianna, FL., and USP Leavenworth, KS. This is Amendment #0002 to Solicitation No. GS-454-01. The bid closing date and time is amended to read May 4, 2001 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time in lieu of May 3, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The requirement is changed from two (2) years to one (1) year and all line items quantities are 1/2 the original quantity listed per line item. The delivery requirements is changed from two (2) days ARO to fourteen (14) days ARO. UNICOR's Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Item is hereby updated to read February 2001. See UNICOR's website www.unicor.gov/procurement for a copy of current form. All other contracgt terms and conditions remain unchanged.
