Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following tapes: 1) Metrum Tapes T-160; Part Number 16822803-261, quantity -- 100 cases. This requirement is sole sourced to the manufacturer, Metrum-Datatape Inc., the sole distributor for the certified tapes, based on compatibility with existing instrumentation recording equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide these tapes may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
