Description

The High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) system must provide software that enables fully automated, completely unattended method development. The software must develop reversed-phase chromatography methods by optimizing the composition of the mobile phase, either isocratic or gradient, the column temperature, and the pH of the mobile phase. The software must use the empirical retention method. Written quotations using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 will be utilized in procuring this equipment. Request for Quotations will be issued on or about May 10,2001.
