Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation HAQ013050 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. See Numbered Note(s): 1. NAICS code 44312; size standard of $6.5 million. This will be a firm-fixed price contract for the Bureau of Land Management, Oregon State Office, Multnomah County, Oregon. SUPPLY AND DELIVER HP Designjet plotters per the following line items: 1) HP Designjet plotter, Model 1055CM, Part no. C6075A, 15 ea., 2) HP 62 mb memory upgrade for Item 1 (2 memory upgrades for each plotter in Item 1), Part no. C6258A, 30 ea., 3) HP Designjet plotter, Model 5000PS 42", Part no. C6091A, 1 ea., and 4) HP 128 mb memory upgrade for Item 3, Part no. C7850A, 1 ea. All plotters shall be new and unused, no demonstration models will be accepted. Memory upgrades shall be installed by the Contractor prior to delivery to BLM. Quotes shall reflect delivery of units to BLM offices and installation.
