Description

UNICOR FPI intends to enter into a firm fixed price commercial contract for equipment which shall result in a one-time delivery. Delivery, inspection, and acceptance will be FOB Destination FCI Dublin, CA. Delivery shall be 180 days after award. Line Items 0001 -- 0010 will result in a multiple award, and line items 0011 -- 20 shall be all or none. The award shall be based on the Best Value to the Government. The Evaluation Factors are: Past Performance Quality, and the ability to conform to specifications. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation which is due to be issued on or about May 9, 2001.
