Offerors may offer on any one, two or three of the percentages, but can only receive award for one of the portions. Trade Off Procedures apply. Factors are expected to include product demonstration models, experienc/past performance and socioeconomic concerns. Numbered Note 9 applies. No options. Approximate closing date is 08 July 2001.
