- Description
- This amendment is issued for clarification of the following points. #1 -- The resulting contract shall be for a two-year term with three (3) 1-year renewal options. The "estimated" qty. for the "first year only" is 100,000. This will be a requirements contract with a min. of 100,000 and a max. of 250,000 over the first two years. #2 -- Delete reference to USPS-B-965 packaging instructions, the correct packaging instructions are PDS DVDC000Q001 (included in att. #1) #3 -- This requirement is for the hamper insert only. The correct material is cotton duck cloth #4. Cords are included. #4 -- Deadline for further questions is Friday, May 11, 2001.
