Description

The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through a full and open competition, services to run the childcare development center on the Naval Support Activity compound, Philadelphia, PA. It is expected to award a firm fixed price, Commercial Items type contract beginning 10/1/01 with a base period of one year and four one year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 62441. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Det Philadelphia. The solicitation may require the submission of cost/price and technical proposals.
