Description

Contractor shall furnish the services of an orthosurgeon to perform spine surgery and related diagnostic and patient care services as required at the VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY. Interested sources are requested to submit a written request for the solicitation as indicated above. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Contract period shall be June 1, 2001 through May 31, 2002 with two one-year options to renew. NAICS NO. 62111. Contract award is subject to availability of FY 2001
