Description

The U.S. Marine Corps intends to award a contract to the Reserve at Deerwood in Jacksonville, Florida beginning on 15 May 2001 for a one-year basis. This acquisition is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13 for the following: 3 each -- 2 bedroom and 2 each -- 1 bedroom "corporate" apartments. All rooms with be fully furnished (to include telephone -- long distance calls excluded, utilities, cable) and within close proximity (not to exceed 20 miles) to Blount Island, Jacksonville, Florida.
