Description

1. The Coronado National Forest, Santa Catalina Ranger District, Pima County, Arizona, is soliciting for the reconstruction of Sabino Canyon Shuttle Stop #9, which is located approximately 3.7 miles north of the Santa Catalina Ranger Station and Visitor Center, 5700 N. Sabino Canyon Road, Tucson, Arizona. 2. Site work requirements: demolition, clearing and grading, removal of existing restroom, excavation, backfill, waste haulage, finish grading, riprap, placement of boulders, storm drainage system, concrete and asphaltic concrete paving, stabilization of earthen path, temporary fencing, cacti landscaping. 3. Installations include: colored concrete paving w/exposed aggregate, concrete formwork, CMU retaining walls, stone masonry, metal safety railings, timber steps, restroom kit, benches, trash bins, and signage. 4. No electric service or water is available on site. 5. Price Range: $250,000 to $500,000. 6. Contract Time: 120 days 7. Anticipated and preferred Start Work Date: 07/15/01. 8.
