Description

MULTI-TRADE IDIQ CONSTRUCTION and MECHANICAL ALTERATIONS CONTRACT in RHODE ISLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, and CONNECTICUT. Contractor(s) to provide labor, material, supervision tools and equipment for general repairs and alterations to Government Owned and Leased Facilities. This will be an indefinite quantity indefinite delivery construction contract for construction projects ranging from $2,000.00 to $50,000.00. The Government intends to make multiple awards (maximum of 5) to the offeror(s) whos offer represents the best value to the Government as outlined in the solicitation. Offerors will be asked to submit technical proposals as well as price proposals for the sample project entitled "Front Counter and Enclosure for Social Secutrity Field Office in Fall River, MA", estimated cost range below $25,000.00. One awardee of the base IDIQ contract will also be awarded this sample project. The IDIQ will be for a period of one-year with two one-year options. This procurement is restricted to small businesses. Offerors are required to verify the number of amendments prior to proposal receipt date with the Contracting Officer. The due date for receipt of bids is on June 1, 2001 at 2:00 pm. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.eps.gov.
