Description

See numbered notes 1,9,13, and 26. This request for RFQ is for Carrying Cover, Purlin, NSN: 8340-00-556-9671 which shall be manufactured in accordance with specification number MIL-T-43492C. DSCP shall require a quantity of 2,864 sets within this purchase order. There will be two deliveries 180 days after date of award. Destinations are Defense Distribution Depot Albany, GA and Defense Distribution Depot Barstow, CA. All materials will be furnished by the awardee. FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. This RFQ will be a total small-business set-aside. The estimated issue date of this RFQ is 05/21/01. All responsible sources may submit a bid which DSCP shall consider.
