Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Advanced Deployable Systems Program, (PMW183) intends to contract on a sole-source basis with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Naval Electronics Surveillance Systems, Manassas for the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) development of the Advanced Deployable System and for engineering services to support the EMD phase of the Advanced Deployable System (ADS) acquisition. The estimated value of the development effort is $50,000,000. The estimated value of the engineering services is $2,000,000. This will be awarded on a cost-plus-award-fee basis. Contract arrangements for Production will be determined at a future date. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541710. Please See Note 22.
