Description

Require experienced/qualified logistical support contractor, to supply and manage food and fuel during joint US National Guard/Ukrainian exercise in the Ukraine. In the spirit of Partnership for Peace (ISO PFP)- PEACESHIELD 01 exercise will be held in the Yavoriv Training Area (near L'Viv, Ukraine) from 12-30 July 01. Contractor shall furnish Bi-lingual managers (English/Russian) for dining facility and fuel point operations. Contractor must possess necessary licenses/documantation for entry and operating in the Ukraine, be able to provide food/subsistance items meeting US Vet standards/approval and contract for purchase, delivery and management of L-0, 2-62 summer grade diesel and A-76 gasoline. Contractor shall furnish all on-site management, labor, material, and supplies/services for operating the multiple dining facilities for three meals daily, to include one outdoor style picnic on 28 July. Entry to Yavoriv Training Area facilities for set up shall be on/about 09 July with first meals being provided 12 July and full operation from 15-30 July. Fuel availability shall be on or about 09 July for preparation of exercise and re-fueling during the exercise shall be coordinated so exercise is not delayed or compromised. Site visit of facilities for interested firms will be held during 21-23 May 2001, exact day and time to be determined.
