Description
The above referenced solicitation is being issued on a sole-source basis to the National Governor's Association. The solicitation is being issued in response to an UNSOLICITED proposal. The National Governors? Association is proposing a series of new technical assistance activities to help state policymakers and program administrators develop comprehensive programs and policies that will assist families leaving the welfare rolls and low-income working families more broadly move out of poverty and achieve long-term self-sufficiency. Unless an offeror has information that the proposal submitted should not be considered unsolicited, no other source will be considered.
