Modification: This action is submitted to clarify information originally publicized in the CBD dated 04/26/01. Arroyo Seco Modular Barracks: BID ITEMS: Change Base Period and Option Years as follows: Base Period -- 06/15/01 05/31/02; Option Year 1 06/01/02 05/31/03; Option Year 2 06/01/03 05/31/04; Option Year 3 06/01/04 05/31/05; Option Year 4 06/01/05 05/31/06. SCOPE OF WORK: The following is added for clarification: (1) No snow loads are required; (2) A ramp at the main entry is required; (3) A/C is required; (4) Furniture is required as follows: Living area Sofa, coffee table, and two end tables with lamps; Kitchen/Dining area Table with four chairs, LPG; (5) Two separate units required. ADDITIVE ITEM 1: If funds become available, the Forest Service will be awarding Additive Item 1 as follows: Skyforest Modular Barracks. BID ITEMS: Base Period (06/15/01 05/31/02) Item 01: 11.5 Months, Skyforest Modular Barracks 1; Item 01A: 1 Lump Sum, Delivery & Setup; Item 01B: 1 Lump Sum, Removal; Item 02: 11.5 Months, Skyforest Modular Barracks 2; Item 02A: 1 Lump Sum, Delivery & Setup; Item 02B: 1 Lump Sum, Removal; Option Year 1 (06/01/02 05/31/03): Item 03, 12 Months, Skyforest Modular Barracks 1; Item 04: 12 Months, Skyforest Modular Barracks 2; OPTION YEAR 2 (06/01/03 05/31/04): Item 05, 12 Months, Skyforest Modular Barracks 1; Item 06: 12 Months, Skyforest Modular Barracks 2; OPTION YEAR 3 (06/01/04 05/31/05): Item 07, 12 Months, Skyforest Modular Barracks 1; Item 08, 12 Months, Skyforest Modular Barracks 2; OPTION YEAR 4 (06/01/05 05/31/06) Item 09, 12 Months, Skyforest Modular Barracks 1; Item 10, 12 Months, Skyforest Modular Barracks 2.
