Description

YPG01113001690 for NSN 3120-00-765-4877, bearing set, sleeve in accordance with Coltec Industries DBA Chandler Evans Control Systems (cage 11599) part number 70690. This is a critical application item. Solicitation will be for a firm fixed price contract and will include provisions for a long term indefinite quantity contract not to exceed 60 months. The estimated annual quantity is 200 with an annual guaranteed minimum of 65. FOB -- Destination, Inspection/Acceptance -- Origin, delivery 90 days ARO, QAP B01. Deliveries will be to a conus DLA stock location with anticipated 70% delivery to Sharp, CA and 30% to Richmond, VA. ABVM will apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors. See Note 26. Solicitation issue date is 31 May 2001.
