Description

The Naval Training Center, Supply & Logistics, Purchase Department, intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302 for 1- assembly chemical storage/rinse building for Pesticide Storage Building, Willow Glen Golf Course, Great Lakes, IL. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition bases upon responses to this notice is received as a result of a notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No phone calls shall be accepted.
