Description

The Veterans Medical Center, Durham NC intends to negoitiate a sole source consignment agreement contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FA) 6.302-1 with ATS Medical, for heart valves, mitral and aortic in a variety of sizes. The period of the agreement will be 1 June 2001 through 31 May 2002. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received no later than 4:30 PM, May 30,2001
