Description

Subject solicitation is for commercial items and is being processed in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. It is being issued as an RFP using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in Subpart 13.5 Testing Program for Certain Commercial Items. Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA intends to establish a firm, fixed-price contract to Furnish and Install an Automated Pharmaceutical Storage and Retrieval Software System and misc. peripheral hardware. The current system being replaced is Automeds. Integration of all current data into the new system will be required. The solicitation number is DADA13-01-R-0017, the NAICS code is 443120 with a size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is 18 May 2001, with an anticipated closing date of 8 June 2001. A site visit is scheduled for 23 May 2001 at 10:00 AM.
