Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to issue a commercial item, simplified acquisition purchase order, on a noncompetitive basis, to The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for a subscription to the 2001 ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), including addenda, supplements, and case book and interpretations. The period of performance will be three years. ASME, under copyright, is the sole publisher of these unique publications. All responsible sources can respond. The response time is no later than May 21, 2001. Written responses not providing evidence of the respondent's capability to perform the required services will not be evaluated.
