- Flats of flowers (18 per flat) 3 1/2" assorted annual and perennial Qty 986 each, cedar hanging baskets 10 1/2" Qty 44 each. STATEMENT OF WORK FOR PURCHASE OF FLOWERS This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the scope of work to purchase flowering plants for Military Family Housing residents, and to provide facilities for selection and pick-up of flowers by individual residents. All parts, equipment, transportation, materials, labor and personnel necessary to fully perform all work in this PWS are the responsibility of the vendor. The vendor shall provide 1 or 2 flats (18 plants per flat) of assorted 3 __ annual and perennial flowering plants for base housing residents, and 2 each 10 1/2_ cedar hanging baskets with a variety of flowering plants for base housing residents, grade 0-6 and above. Flowers should correspond with, but not limited to, the Municipality of Anchorage 2001 City of Flowers campaign. The vendor shall utilize their own place of business for base housing residents to select, pick-up between 26 May 2001-10 June 2001, and sign/date required paperwork. Each family shall be allowed to pick-up 1 flat of plants. Exceptions: If the military sponsor is an 0-6 or above they will be issued 2 flats of flowers. A representative from the 3rd Civil Engineering Housing Flight may authorize extra flats of plants. Flats of plants and/or hanging baskets may be picked-up on request by a representative from the Housing Flight. The vendor_s place of business must be located in the Municipality of Anchorage no further west than Muldoon Road and no further south than Tudor Road. The Housing Flight shall provide a roster listing the address, name, and rank of residents to the vendor. The vendor shall require the resident/dependent spouse to present a Military Identification Card then sign and date the provided roster in ink. Vendors need to be registered with the CCR (Central Contractor Registration) in order to receive award from the government. Submit your quote via email, telephone, or fax.
