Description

The USA Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price type contract with ILC Dover, Inc., Frederica, DE, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)for services to develop and fabricate CBW Agent Test Manikins for small and large size masks. ILC has demonstrated a unique capability to develop and fabricate the test fixtures based on its in-depth knowledge and experience of mask materials and design. See Note 22.
