Description
This pre-solicitation notice mistakenly went out as a small business set-aside. This project is a hub zone set-aside. The solicitation will be available on 7 May 01 on WWW.EPS.Gov All offerors are responsible for downloading all information concerning this solicitation on this web site. Statement of Work, Bldg 406 Demolish and remove building 406 including all concrete foundation slabs, piers, walkways, steps, and ramps to the building. Remove adjacent concrete slab and 4 steel bollards. Relocate existing emergency eyewash/shower station and pump shutoff switch. Cap any utilities 2 feet below grade in accordance with Base Utilities Section requirements. Compact and level site to match existing grade. Spread minimum 2_ disintegrated gravel to match surrounding landscape. Statement of Work, Bldg 473 Remove and dispose of asbestos containing material and lead based paint from Building 473 in accordance with the asbestos and lead based paint surveys. Demolish and remove Building 473, including all concrete foundation piers, entry steps, ramps, and walkways leading to the building. Remove adjacent ramada, concrete slab, and CMU cooking grill. Protect existing vegetation and landscaping to the greatest extent possible. Cap all utilities per CE Utility shop requirements. Level site to match existing grade. Top with two inches disintegrated gravel to match surrounding grade and landscape. Statement of Work, Bldg 1360 Demolish and remove building 1360 including all concrete foundation slabs, piers, walkways, steps, and ramps to the building. Cap any utilities in accordance with base Utilities section requirements. Level ground to match existing grade and surrounding landscape. Statement of Work, Bldg 1001 Remove asbestos containing materials and lead based paint in accordance with the asbestos and lead based paint surveys. Demolish and remove building 1001 including all concrete foundation slabs, piers, walkways, steps, and ramps to the building. Remove small, 108 sq. ft. concrete slab adjacent to building. Cap any utilities in accordance with Base Utilities shop requirements. Level ground to match existing grade and surrounding landscape. Statement of Work, Bldg 565 Perform Asbestos and Lead Based Paint surveys to determine amounts and locations of hazardous substances. Remove asbestos containing materials and lead based paint in accordance with the asbestos and lead based paint surveys. Demolish and remove building 565 including all concrete foundation slabs, piers to the top of the bells, walkways, steps, and ramps to the building. Remove attached mechanical yard and all mechanical equipment. Cap any utilities in accordance with Base Utilities shop requirements. Level and compact ground in preparation for future construction. Landscape site to match surroundings. Statement of Work, Bldg. 793, OPTION #1 Remove asbestos containing material and lead based paint from building 793 in accordance with the asbestos and lead based paint surveys. Demolish and remove superstructure of building 793 to 5 feet above grade (remove brick structure), to include above grade entrance steps, handrails, and mechanical equipment associated with the building. Statement of Work, Bldg 793, OPTION #2 Remove asbestos containing material and lead based paint from building 793 in accordance with the asbestos and lead based paint surveys. Demolish and remove building 793 to 7 feet below grade (including the concrete floor above the wet well), to include above grade entrance steps, handrails, and mechanical equipment associated with the building. Remove water from the wet well and fill the resulting hole with soil provided by the government. All existing utility pipes will be abandoned in place. Compact fill to 85% compaction and grade site to match surrounding slope. Statement of Work, Bldg 1079, OPTION #1 Remove asbestos containing material and lead based paint from Building 1079 in accordance with the asbestos and lead based paint surveys. If surveys are unavailable, consult base hazardous material manager for guidance. Demolish and remove Building 1079, including all concrete foundation piers, entry steps, ramps, and walkways leading to the building. Remove and dispose 2 concrete step platforms and adjacent radar foundation to 2 feet below grade and backfill with soil. Cap all utilities in accordance with Base Utilities shop requirements and level site to match existing grade. Statement of Work, Bldg 1079, OPTION #2 Remove asbestos containing material and lead based paint from Building 1079 in accordance with the asbestos and lead based paint surveys. If surveys are unavailable, consult base hazardous material manager for guidance. Demolish and remove Building 1079, including all concrete foundation piers, entry steps, ramps, and walkways leading to the building. Remove and dispose 2 concrete step platforms and adjacent radar foundation to 2 feet below grade and backfill with soil. Cap all utilities in accordance with Base Utilities shop requirements and level site to match existing grade. Demolish and dispose of approximately 900 square yards of asphalt driveway surrounding building 1079. Regrade site to match surrounding slope. The solicitation will be available on or around 4 May 01
