Description

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Environment, Saftey and Health, Office of Worker Protection Policy and Programs intends to issue a sole-source contract to ACJ & Associates, Inc., of Richland Washington, for the updating of the subject software which is a suite of extensively quality-assured, proprietary software modules developed since 1997. The IMBA software suite will be modified to meet the specific needs of DOE and its contractors. The modified software suite will be referred to as the IMBA Expert USDOE-Edition. The development will be divided into two (2) phases. Phase I will be the creation of the DOE version of IMBA, and an optional Phase II would add simultaneous fitting of various bioassay data types, automatic background exposure subtraction, and incorporation of Bayesian fitting methodologies. The fixed-price contract period of performance will be for one year (Phase I) with a one year option (Phase II). There will be no formal Request for Proposal issued for this action.
