Program C248-S. This is a set aside for small disadvantage businesses only. Bids received from companies which are not SDB will not be considered. Single award term contracts for the period October 1, 2001 to September 30, 2002. The NCO Journal (separate-covered, saddle-stitched pamphlets -- 8-1/2 x 11). Quarterly. Approximately 16 to 36 pages per order and approximately 50,000 to 100,000 copies per order. Operations includes 4-color process printing, binding, packing and distribution. Furnished material to be picked up in Fort Bliss, Texas. Quality level II. F.o.b. destination to Fort Bliss, Texas and to 5 addresses within the commercial zone of Washington, DC. Mail f.o.b. contractor's city. Bid opening anticipated during the month of September 2001. Request bid by invitation letter to the address above.
