Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Requirements type contract with firm fixed prices for packing, crating, drayage of household goods for the Consolidated Personal Property Division, Norfolk, Virginia. This is a 100% Small Business set aside under North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 484210. Offers must have the necessary management staff, material, facility and equipment to fulfill the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Solicitation N00189-01-R-0030 is for a base period (from date of award to 31 Dec 01) with two additional one-year options to start beginning of each calendar year. The solicitation shall be issued on or around 16 May 2001. Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. Note 1 applies.
