Description

This action originally publicized in the CBD on 03/08/01 is revised as follows: Solicitation number has changed from DAPC50-01-R-0036 to N00604-01-R-A014. The point of contact for questions regarding this solicitation changes from Jack Cleghorn to Heidi Muller, heidi_r_muller@fisc.pearl.navy.mil, phone 808/473-7580. The solicitation issue date is changed from 27 Apr 01 to 01 Jun 01 and the closing date is changed from 18 May 01 to 01 Jul 01 at 3:00pm Hawaii Standard Time. At the time and date specified for receipt of offers, all Offerors, along with their priced proposal are also required to provide the completed Representation and Certifications at FAR 52.212-3. A Pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 9:30am Hawaii Standard Time (HST), on Friday, 15 Jun 01. Award will be made based on technical acceptability and low price. Additionally, once initial offers have been evaluated for technical acceptance and the Contracting Officer has established the competitive range from the prospective Offerors, the Government shall use the REVERSE AUCTION method (an on-line downward pricing tool) to negotiate the contract's final pricing on 15 Aug 01, 12 noon HS. This RFP is an internet-only solicitation and may be downloaded as of 04 Jun 01 from our website at http://www.cic.pearl.fisc.navy.mil/fisc/owa/solicitation. An award is anticipated NLT 04 Sep 01. Those Offerors within the competitive range shall be provided instructions on this process. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is correct.
