Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, facilities, equipment, material, etc. to the Department of Veterans Affairs HSR&D annual meeting to be held in Washington, DC February 12, 2002 through February 15, 2002, in strict accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications of the solicitation. Over 500 people will attend this meeting. This is to be a group booking contract for sleeping accommodaitons, meeting rooms, scheduled meals and breaks, and audio-visual equipment as specified in the solicitation. Location of the hotel shall be within the District of Columbia and have easy access to a Metro subway station within four blocks from the meeting site.
