Description

Miscellaneous electrical, mechanical, and structural repairs. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. Contractors inspection will tentatively take place at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard on 24 May 01. The availability dates are tentatively set for 01 September 2001 through 14 November 2001 with work to take place at the contractor's plant. The place of performance is restricted to the homeport area. This is a Best Value procurement. Contractor's are encouraged to submit past performance data with their proposals.
