This acquisition is for technical equipment. A determination has been made in accordance with 10 U.S.C (C)(1)(B)(6) that standardization and interchangeability of parts are necessary to satisfy agency's need for additional units of replacement terms. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
