See Note 1. This is an acquisition for 18,900 each Deflector, Post, Sub Assembly made in accordance to dwg 5-1-1050-10. THE PRIOR RFQ SP0100-01-Q-4191 HAS BEEN DELETED FROM THE GATEWAY AND IS HEREBY SUBSTITUTED WITH SP0100-01-Q-4230. The destination will be the New Cumberland Depot beginning 180 days after award. The prior history indicates that an award was made to O.K. Tool & Dies at a unit price of $1.36 for a quantity of 8254. FAX responses will be authorized. The issue and close dates remain the same as 01-Q-4191. ISSUE DATE: May 1, 2001 with a CLOSE DATE: June 1, 2001.
