Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to relocate the primary electric service that feeds the Vaughn Towers building, 1908-1912 O'Fallon, St. Louis, MO 63106. Solicitation documents will be available for pick up in the SLHA's Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Boulevard, 3rd Floor, St. Louis, MO 63108 starting at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) (Local Time) Tuesday, May 15, 2001. There will be a $50.00 non-refundable fee charged for each set of drawings. A Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for Wednesday, May 23, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. in the 3rd Floor Conference Room at 4100 Lindell Boulevard. There will be a site visit immediately following the pre-bid conference. The SLHA will receive sealed bids for this service until 3:00 p.m. (Local Time), June 12, 2001, at the St. Louis Housing Authority, Procurement Section, Third Floor, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108, at which time and place all qualified bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders must comply with Section 3 and MBE/WBE Requirements.
