Description

see number Note 1 -- The work of this contract consists of the general construction of histoic fencing. The existing woodfence will be removed and replace in its entirety. The new fence is to match the original fence as much as possible. Any significant changes must be approved by contracting officer. This fence is to be raised 1 -- 1 1/2 from the ground, as the existing fence is now. Reuse existing setup. Repair and or replace if needed. All fence post are to be located in exact same positions as original ones. Same holes are to be used. Vents and separate compartments are to be constructed for all (2) HVAC units. The cap on the fence, which is not included in the drawings, is to be constructed exactly like the original. The work in this contract should be completed withing 45 calendar days from project start date. Given normal weather conditions. Cost of work is estimated between 25,000 and 100,000 dollars.
