Description

Wright Patterson AFB Industry Forum Wright-Patterson AFB is seeking a private developer for a real estate privatization project involving 1,536 military housing units on base. A two-day Industry Forum will be held at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton Ohio on 16-17 May 2001, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The first day will include an overview of the financial and technical elements of the military housing privatization project with presentations given by the Air Force and Ernst & Young (the Privatization Support Contractor). In addition, guided tours will be conducted of the communities where the military housing units will be developed. The second day on 17 May 2001 is optional, and will include individual meetings between prospective bidders, the Air Force and Ernst & Young.
