Description

The USDA Forest Service is looking for a source to provide dental services for students at the Blackwell Job Corps Center in Forest county, Laona, Wisconsin. The Job Corps provides young adults the necessary job training which enables them to gain meaningful employment upon graduation. Dentist will provide a wide array of dental services two days per week as agreed to between the Contractor and the Contracting Officer. The services shall be provided at the Contractor's facilities at the location stated in the proposal. Dentist shall meet Wisconsin state licensing and professional qualification requirements. Solicitation will be for a base year and four (4) option years. The proposed contract is available under full and open competition.
