Synopsis number 50C995, dated February 6, 2001 as amended by number 50GOP8, dated March 13, 2001, for solicitation number DAAH01-01-R-0123 was cancelled on May 9, 2001, by amendment number 50L6M2 and will be reissued on or about May 16, 2001, for the effort described in the CBD notices restated as follows: This action is 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation will be released on or about May 16, 2001. NSN:1550-00-261-9799, Army Part Number: 8035878 -- The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract. The basic effort is for 10 each, Ballistic Aerial Targets (BATS), government tested, First Article units. A technical data package will be provided. Required delivery of First Article Testing units is 3 months after date of contract award. Inspection and acceptance of first article units is at destination, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898 -- - Five (5) options -- - quantity totaling 5,777 each BATS -- Option year 1 with a range of 1-1777 each BATS, option years 2 through 5 with a range of 1 -- 1000 each BATS. A total quantity (FA and Options) of 5,787 each BATS -- - Also five (5) option quantities for Monorail Rocket Launcher, NSN: 1055-00-152-3223 -- - a range of 1 -- 5 each per year -- - -- Five (5) option quantities for Rocket Firing Box, NSN: 1340-01-035-2477 -- - a range of 1 -- 5 each per year. Required delivery of BAT options is 3 months after option exercise and shipped at 100 per month -- - Inspection and acceptance of the option units is at destination, Defense Distribution Depot, Texarkana, Texas 75507 -- - The most recent representative unit price and quantity related to this acquisition is as follows: NSN: 1550-00-261-9799 -- Award date May 27, 1993, quantity 7,525 each, average unit price was $921.00. -- - The government provides this price history without assuming the responsibility for any resulting conclusions or interpretations that may be made -- - The price history is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a basis for bid.
