- Quantity 4 each Fairlead Assembly from NAVAIRSYSCOM Part Number 506482-1. Technical Data Requirements defined in REI-01-17029. Quality Assurance in accordance with FAR 52-246-11, ANSI/ASQC 9002, MIL-I-45208A, or equivilent is required. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at source in accordance with REI-01-17029. Certificate of Quality Compliance applies. Delivery shall be 90 days after date of award. See Note 1. All contractors seeking award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Contracts cannot be awarded to contractors unless they are registered.
