Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for Commercial Supplies/Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotations and incorporates Provisions and Clauses IAW the FAR/DFAR. This is a competitive procurement. Award will be based on lowest bidder meeting all specifications. ITEM 0001 The Naval Station Norfolk VA has two (2) Model FT-824 Dish Machines. Both of these machines are to be removed from their present location on the Naval Station Norfolk VA and reinstalled at another location on the Naval Station Norfolk VA. The customer will remove partitions and any obstructing items at the existing location. The contractor will disconnect all utilities, vents, steam lines, etc and disassemble both dish machines for relocation. The contractor shall provide transportation of both machines to new location. Installation shall begin on the second machine upon completion of installation and all operational tests on the first machine. Completed installation and all operational tests will be conducted on both machines. The Contractor will dispose of the two machines that are being replaced at the Naval Station Norfolk VA.
