Description

The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center has a requirement for Dell Laptops as described below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ITEM 001- Dell Laptops, 10 each,Latitude c600 256 mb sdram (2 dimms), 20 gb hard drive, win 2000 service pak 1, 3 years parts and labor-onsite, 24x/10x cd-rom, 8 cell lithium-ion battery, internal 3com mic/modem combo, 2nd 8 cell lithium-ion battery office professional w/cd (must have this media included), nylon carrying case. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. This solicitation is a small business set aside. The following provisions and clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial;52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial;52.212-4, Contract terms and conditions-Commercial Items;This material to be shipped to Naval Surface Warfare Center 9500 Macarthur Blvd. W.Bethesda, Md. 20817-5700. Material to be received no later than 6/11/01. FOB Destination. The closing date for this annoucement is 5/25/01. See numbered Note 1.
