D-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC),National Oceanic Atmospheric Administrative (NOAA), National Ocean Services (NOS), Special Projects, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Earth Satellite Corp, (Earthsat), Rockville MD. To provide IKONOS Geo 1-meter PAN and 4-meter MSP satallite imagery of the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands -- Maro Reef. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Reference NCNA-15
