Description

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases has a requirement for a Contractor to perform a variety of human resource management, records management, and associated administrative functions. Services will be provided to at least six (6) other Institutes of the National Institutes of Health through the use of the contract. Services to be provided include but are not limited to records management, data entry to automated systems, general administrative office support, courier services, storage of records, and support for other human resource management functions. Assignments will be accomplished through the provision of Contractor personnel trained and qualified to perform the required tasks, such as records management specialists, administrative assistants, office support staff, couriers, and other personnel as necessary. Assignments must be performed in accordance with all specified regulatory requirements and policies and require compliance with the Privacy and Freedom of Information Acts. Contractor personnel are to be held to the same Standards of Conduct as Government employees. It is anticipated that one award will be made for a cost reimbursement incrementally funded contract, with options for additional quantities, for a five-year period. RFP 01-58 will be available on or about May 29, 2001, with an estimated closing date of July 2, 2001. This requirement is classified as a 100% competitive set-aside for small disadvantage business [8(a)] concerns (see Note 4).
